We are actively looking to fill the following positions:
Legal and Corporate Secretarial roles:
· Senior Corporate Officer for a fund administrator (Alternative Investment Funds): 4 years + of experience in similar functions. 70-80k.
· Corporate Officer for an AIFM in Private Equity: 3-4 years+ of experience (ideally in drafting legal documents for funds). 70-80k.
· Senior Corporate Officer for an Asset management firm (Private Equity): 4 years + of experience, work at SPV/holdings level. 70-75k.
Finance:
· Junior Corporate Accountant for an AIFM in Private Equity: ideally around 1 year+ of experience in corporate accounting. Work closely with a conducting officer and grow with the company.
· Junior Fund Accountant for an AIFM: 2-3 years+ of experience in fund accounting in Luxembourg (working with Alternative Investment Funds). 55-65k.
Banking:
· Senior HR Business Partner: 8 years+ of experience in HR functions in Luxembourg. Fluent French and English; good knowledge of the banking convention, and of regulations for the Private Banking sector.
· Senior Compliance Officer: 2-3 years+ of experience in Compliance functions in Luxembourg (regulatory, working with Alternative Investment Funds). Fluent in French and advanced level of English (B2-C1 equivalent).
· Senior AML Officer: 3 years+ of experience in AML functions in Luxembourg (within banks, or audit). Fluent French and English.
Salary will vary according to the level of experience and seniority for the role.
