Legal and Corporate Secretarial roles:
·         Senior Manager Client Services for an independant fund administrator, on the Cosec side. 8-10 years+ of experience in Corporate Secretarial functions, managing teams and clients.
You will act as the key point of contact for a reputable client, overseeing service quality and delivery. The role combines client management, resource planning, process optimisation, risk anticipation, and business continuity oversight. 
110-130k + package (car, lunch vouchers, bonus, 30 days holidays...).
·         Senior Associate for a fund administrator: this is a new team, for a new client. Around 4 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial functions, working with funds. 75-80k.
·       Associate for a fund administrator (same as above). 2+y of experience, working with funds.  

Accounting and Finance:
·         Controller for an asset management company in Private Equity/Debt: 3-4 years+ of experience working with SPVs. 70-75k.
·         Analyst for an asset management company in Private Equity/Real Estate: 2 years+ of experience working with Alternative Investment Funds (Audit or Accounting). 55-65k.
·         Controller for an asset management company in Private Equity/Debt/Real Estate: 2-4 years of experience working with Alternative Investment Funds (from a service provider or an asset management company). 55-65k.
This company offers exposure to deals and transactions. 

Oversight:
·         Oversight / Operations Manager (FTC 12-m) for an AIFM. 8-10 years+ of experience in Oversight or Finance, working with Alternative Investment Funds.
Ensure accurate reporting, controles and efficient day-to-day operation across the fund lifecycle. You'd collaborate with other teams within the AIFM, investment teams and external counterparties. You'd cover many topics as this role sits at the intersection of credit portfolio operations, fund operations, risk oversight and governance.

Risk and Compliance:
·        Risk & Compliance Associate for an AIFM. 3-4 years+ of experience in Compliance (Regulatory, CMP) or Risk, working with Alternative Investment Funds. This is a new AIFM, part of a well-estblished company. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside the AIFM. 
You'd work with the Conducting Officer Compliance and the Risk Manager.

Banking:
·        Senior Internal Auditor (7y+ of experience in Luxembourg) with exposure to funds (AIFMD) and Depositary Bank. Fluent French and English. 
·         Experienced Depositary professional with exposure to Alternative Investment Funds (3-4y+). Fluent French and English.
 
  
Salary will vary according to the level of experience and seniority for the role.
