Key functions
Join an Asset management company (Private Equity / Debts funds) as a Controller.
You will work on complex Private Equity/Debts investments and SPVs.
You will report to a Manager and collaborate with different departments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become an expert on Private Equity. As the hierarchy is flat, you have to perform the A to Z accounting, which means you will also be responsible for the most complex tasks for your portfolio of companies.
The company automates all basic tasks.
The Luxembourg office is made of around 30 people.
Some of your duties will include:
· Manage the day-to-day accounting and financial life for your allocated entities;
· Prepare statutory financial statements;
· Look at investment performance measurement et reporting
· Collaborate with the team based in London and with the Head of Finance;
· Prepare account and bank reconciliation;
· Liaise with auditors, clients, and other external counterparties;
· Assist on or prepare fund flows and cash repatriation to investors;
· Prepare waterfall models;

Required skills:
· Around 4-5 years+ of experience in accounting in Luxembourg;
· Experience working with SPVs in Private Equity/Debt;
· Fluent English;
· Willing to learn and excellent team player.
