Senior Associate
Fund Administrator
The role
Join a growing international fund administrator as a Senior Assciate within their Corporate Services team.
The company is building a brand-new team to support an important new client — these are client-facing roles offering strong visibility and impact.
You’ll work closely with Alternative Investment Funds, managing A–Z corporate secretarial tasks for your client portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage a complex client portfolio within a dedicated client relationship.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate with juniors, ensuring delivery within deadlines and standards.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, stay up to date with new regulations.
• Guide and support team members through training and mentoring.
• Handle regulatory filings, company registers, and corporate lifecycle events (formations, AGMs/EGMs, dissolutions, changes to directors, etc.).
• Draft and review corporate documentation such as resolutions and meeting minutes.
• Support board meeting coordination and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to process improvement and internal procedure development.
• Liaise professionally with clients and service providers.
• Support invoicing, recruitment, and project-related initiatives.

Your profile
• 4+ years’ experience for the (Senior) Manager role
• Proven experience in Luxembourg, working with Alternative Investment Funds
• Fluent in English.
