The role
Join an AIFM in Private Equity / Credit funds as a Senior Corporate Officer.
Total staff: 20 people.
Some of your duties will include:
• Supporting managers with legal and corporate matters for fund vehicles, including preparing and reviewing documents and coordinating signing processes.
• Managing the full corporate lifecycle, organising meetings, drafting resolutions, preparing proxies, taking minutes, and filing documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date corporate records, including legal instruments, registers, and investor documentation.
• Coordinating regulatory, tax, and investor reporting, and managing investor data in internal systems.
• Liaising with internal teams and external advisors for closings, fund setups, and signing processes.
• Handling KYC/AML requests from banks, auditors, and investors, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Preparing, reviewing, and archiving legal and regulatory documentation for funds and the AIFM.
• Classifying, scanning, and digitally archiving documents, ensuring accurate and current records.
• Contributing to additional tasks to support smooth team operations.

Your profile
• 4 years+ of experience in a similar role (at least 3 being in Luxembourg);
• Experience working with SPVs and/or Funds.
• Fluent English and advanced level in French;
• Team player.
