Senior Corporate Officer

Key functions
Join a reputable and growing AIFM (Private Equity and Private Debt) as Senior Corporate Officer (Associate).
You will report to the Manager (VP) and work closely to a Senior Associate.
The company has around 30 staff. You’d join the team focusing on holdings and SPVs.
Some of your duties will include:
• Assisting with the incorporation and liquidation of entities (draft documents, coordinate signatures, liaise with relevant people);
• Organizing and presenting board meetings, drafting and reviewing board minutes;
• Ensuring all information is up-to-date;
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents (e.g. circular resolutions, equity contributions, capital calls, etc…);
• Arranging certification and notarization of documents (delegating to juniors when appropriate);
• Follow-up with other departments and with external counterparties.

Required Skills
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate secretarial responsibilities (in-house or from a service provider);
• Experience working with SPVs/holdings;
• Fluent English;
• Well organized;
• Team player.
