Senior Finance Manager
Real Estate funds
Key functions
Join a global firm as Senior Manager and be responsible for a portfolio of complex Real Estate funds.
At this level of seniority, you have to oversee the work performed by your team, monitor the quality, and act as key contact person for the clients. Most of your time would be spend managing relationships, solving complex issues. In order to do so, the client needs someone with strong technical accounting skills on Real Estate funds, and excellent communication skills.
Some of your duties will include:
• Manging the most complex issues for clients and bring solutions;
• Improve and implement new processes if necessary;
• Leading the preparation and review of financial statements (stand-alone, consolidated) and partner capital statements;
• Managing capital calls, distributions, transfers and perform or review management fees and waterfall calculations;
• Review NAV packages;
• Managing reporting to local and foreign regulatory authorities;
• Reviewing client LPAs, PPMs.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure clients requirements are met;
• Meet with clients to evaluate their needs and priorities;
• Manage the team, motivate them and guide them on complex transactions;
• Manage the relationships with external counterparties.

Required Skills
• 10 years of experience in accounting (at least 4 being in Luxembourg);
• Experience working with Real Estate funds;
• Experience managing a team;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent communication skills, happy to build and maintain relationships with clients.
