Key functions

Join an Asset Management Firm specialized in Private Equity as a Senior Corporate Officer.

You will report to the Legal Manager and collaborate with different departments.
The team is made of 9 people.
The Luxembourg office has around 30 staff.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a flat hierarchy environment, to take on more responsibilities with time, and to have both exposure on SPVs and Funds.

Some of your duties will include:
• Manage a range of SPVs and fund structuring entities on all aspects of company secretarial matters (e.g. preparation of board meetings, scheduling meetings, drafting minutes);
• Coordinate between senior management and board members;
• Ensure all records are up-to-date;
• Liaise with external counterparties (legal advisors, banks, notary offices);
• Assist in-house Lawyers with oversight of legal entities;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure corporate governance requirements are met;
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and external counterparties.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in similar roles (in Luxembourg);
• Fluent English;
• Autonomous and well organized;
• Excellent communication skills and great team-player.
