Key functions

Join a global firm as Manager and be responsible for a portfolio of complex Real Estate funds.
Part of the production is performed in other countries so you can focus on reviewing the accounting and managing clients.

Some of your duties will include:
• Maintaining and controlling funds’ general ledgers and ensuring complex bookkeeping entries are accurate;
• Preparation and review of financial statements (stand-alone, consolidated) and partner capital statements;
• Managing and anticipating issues for clients and bring solutions; act as point of contact;
• Managing capital calls, distributions, transfers and perform or review management fees and waterfall calculations;
• Preparation of NAV packages and of limited partner and general partner allocations;
• Overseeing and/or preparing reporting to local and foreign regulatory authorities;
• Reviewing client LPAs, PPMs.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure clients requirements are met;
• Meet with clients to evaluate their needs and priorities;
• Manage the team, motivate them and guide them on complex transactions;
• Manage the relationships and be the point of contact for external counterparties.

Required skills:

• 7 years+ of experience in accounting (at least 3 being in Luxembourg);
• Experience working with Real Estate funds;
• Experience working with IFRS standards, consolidation;
• Fluent English;
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
