Key functions
Join an AIFM in Real Estate as Fund Controller.
The Luxembourg office is made of around 15 people. You will be fully autonomous on all accounting/financial/cash management oversight and collaborate closely to a Fund Manager for transactional and asset management activities.
You will get great exposure as the decision-making process is performed in Luxembourg.
There are possibilities to evolve within the company.
Some of your duties will include:
• Ensuring consolidation will be produced on time, coordinating with other teams (Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers) and external counterparties;
• Review financial statements to ensure it is in line with asset and property management activities;
• Analyse and review NAV and fund performance;
• Prepare distributions to investors;
• Manage the audit process;
• Assist with the calculation of statutory ratio and regulatory reports;
• Assist with the review of the Business Plans;
• Calculate financial returns and fund KPIs as well as performance analysis indicators (e.g. capital return);
• Support the Manager with regular reports to investors and marketing documentation.

Required skills:
• 5 years+ of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg;
• Fluent English, French would be a plus;
• Experience working with Real Estate funds;
• Attention to details.
