Private Equity AIFM

Key functions

Join an AIFM specialized in Private Equity / Credit as a Corporate Officer.

You will report to a Manager and collaborate with different departments. This is a new opening as the activity is increasing.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to have greater exposure, being in-house.
The AIFM is still quite new so you would help improving processes/procedures.

The Luxembourg office has around 20 people.

Some of your duties will include:
• Collaborate with Managers and support them with legal matters related to Fund Vehicles (e.g. preparation and review of legal documents, signing processes, etc…);
• Prepare minutes for board and shareholder meetings of the Fund vehicles and AIFM;
• Update legal instruments, share registers, and other records;
• Help establishing new fund structures (collaborate with external counterparties: lawyers, banks, notaries);
• Manage KYC requests and ensure internal compliance procedures are followed;
• Monitor regulatory filings for funds and SPVs;
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Required skills:

• 3-4 years+ of experience in a similar role (at least 2 being in Luxembourg);
• Fluent English and advanced level in French;
• Good analytical skills and well organized;
• Excellent communication skills and great team-player.
