Key functions

Join an asset management company as Corporate Officer.

The company has around 30 staff. You’d join the team focusing on holdings and SPVs.

Some of your duties will include:
• Suport with the incorporation and administration of Luxembourg companies, maintaining statutory records and shareholder registers.
• Keeping records up to date with the RCS, RBE, and RFT, and documenting capital changes and fund subscriptions/redemptions.
• Preparing and documenting board meetings, AGMs, PoAs, and other corporate reports, taking minutes.
• Coordinating with banks for account openings, signatory changes, and smooth handling of investments and divestments.
• Maintaining databases, tracking corporate documents, and updating KYC records.
• Providing general administrative support to the Luxembourg office.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial responsibilities (in-house or from a service provider) or as a Paralegal;
• Fluent English;
• Well organized;
• Team player.
