Key functions
Join an asset management company as (Senior) Corporate Officer.
Title will vary according to experience.
The company has around 30 staff. You’d join the team focusing on holdings and SPVs.
Some of your duties will include:
• Managing the incorporation and administration of Luxembourg companies, maintaining statutory records and shareholder registers.
• Keeping records up to date with the RCS, RBE, and RFT, and documenting capital changes and fund subscriptions/redemptions.
• Preparing and documenting board meetings, AGMs, PoAs, and other corporate reports.
• Coordinating with banks for account openings, signatory changes, and smooth handling of investments and divestments.
• Supporting year-end audits by preparing documentation and confirming balances.
• Preparing and filing financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory submissions.
• Maintaining databases, tracking corporate documents, and updating KYC records.
• Organising and managing initial and ongoing due diligence on delegates.
• Providing general administrative support to the Luxembourg office.
• Take over board membership (if/when senior enough).

Required Skills
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate secretarial responsibilities (in-house or from a service provider);
• Experience working with SPVs/holdings;
• Fluent English;
• Well organized;
• Team player.
