Key functions

Join an international company as Compliance Officer.

You will join a team of 9 people.

With a strong emphasis on tax compliance and providing support on AML/CFT/CPF or other regulatory matters, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing regulatory watch activities, sharing key updates, raising awareness, and assisting with the implementation of regulatory changes;
• Drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, and relevant registers related to processes and information;
• Supporting the preparation of Management Information;
• Participating in the risk assessment of the company’s operations and client book regarding tax compliance obligations;
• Assisting in evaluating risks linked to AML/CFT/CPF or other assigned regulatory areas;
• Advising the Compliance Monitoring Manager by sharing insights and contributing to the definition of control methodologies;
• Preparing tailored fund compliance reports for the attention of fund board members;
• Playing a role in fostering a positive client experience.

Required skills:

• 3-4 years+ of experience in a similar role (at least 2 being in Luxembourg);
• Experience working with funds (AIFs);
• Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance (FATCA CRS, DAC 6, etc…).
• Fluent English and advanced level in French;
• Good analytical skills and well organized;
• Excellent communication skills and great team-player.
