Fund Administrator

Key functions

Join a growing international fund administrator as a (Senior) Manager within their Corporate Services team.

The company is building a brand-new team to support an important new client — these are client-facing roles offering strong visibility and impact.

You’ll work closely with Alternative Investment Funds, managing A–Z corporate secretarial tasks for your client portfolio.

As a Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Corporate Services, lead a team of 12–14, improve processes and procedures, implement projects across the team, review KPI reporting, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee a client relationship with a complex portfolio of entities.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient operations, performance tracking, and delivery within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and maintain up-to-date client and corporate records.
• Guide, train, and mentor team members; act as the main escalation point for queries.
• Manage regulatory filings, company registers, and lifecycle events (formations, AGMs/EGMs, dissolutions, changes to directors, etc.).
• Review and draft corporate documentation (resolutions, minutes, filings).
• Coordinate board meetings and follow up on post-meeting actions.
• Improve processes, draft internal procedures, and lead operational projects.
• Liaise professionally with clients and external counterparties.
• Support invoicing, recruitment, and general team administration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years’ experience for the (Senior) Manager role
• Proven experience in Luxembourg, working with Alternative Investment Funds
• Experience managing a team
• Fluent in English.
