Key functions
Join the Finance department of an Asset management firm linked to an international bank.
The company manages funds in Real Estate / Infrastructure, and Private Equity/Credit.
The Luxembourg office is made of around 20-25 people. You will report to a Senior Manager.
The role:
You will be responsible for a couple of companies (mid-tier holding and financing companies for the investments). This is a special role within the company. 50% of your time would be spent on accounting/reporting and the 50% remaining would be spent working close to investments and deals, collaborating with other departments and counterparties.
Some of your duties will include:
• Collaborate with the Manager, legal and compliance and with the deal team to follow-up on investments held by the companies and take required actions;
• Be the point of contact for external counterparties and build relationships with them;
• Review quarterly reporting and financial statements and support statutory audit, ensuring deadlines are met;
• Calculate liquidity for analysis of shortfall or excess funds;
• Ensure the company is following the latest regulations;
• Work on various projects.

Required Skills
• 2-4 years+ of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg;
• Fluent English;
• Willing to learn and progress and excellent team player;
• Attention to details.
